Questions
What is Hosted?
Hosted is Discoflare run for you: one workspace where your team and its agents work together. It is $49 per workspace each month, with no per-seat fees, and an included allowance of agent usage. Self-hosting the same MIT-licensed software in your own Cloudflare account stays free.
What happens if Hosted is not ready?
Hosted is rolling out. If you pay and we cannot deliver the workspace, that charge is refundable. While checkout is turned off, Get Hosted opens an email and does not take a payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly Hosted subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep the workspace through the end of the month already paid, unless that charge is refunded. The refund policy has the detail.
Where does the data live?
Self-host: the workspace stays in your Cloudflare account, and we do not copy its content. Hosted: we operate the workspace and process its content to provide the service. Infrastructure is on Cloudflare. Payments are handled by Paddle. Agent requests go to AI providers.
Can we bring our own model keys or use Codex?
Not as part of this offer. Hosted includes an allowance of agent usage, and extra usage will be an add-on pack once its price is published. Bringing your own keys, and Codex sign-in for agents, may come later.
What are the support packs?
Optional time with us: $99 for one hour, or $249 for three hours. Support is not required to self-host or to use Hosted. If we have not started the time, you can ask for a refund.
