# Discoflare

> Open-source, self-hosted team chat for channels, threads, files, and optional voice huddles, running in the workspace owner's Cloudflare account.

Discoflare is MIT-licensed software. Each deployment creates one workspace without a separate origin server. The workspace owner controls the deployment, configuration, and data. Cloudflare infrastructure usage is billed separately by Cloudflare.
